Cadillac Margarita

In a mixing glass:
2 tsp Sugar
2 oz fresh Lime Juice
Muddle
Fill a glass with ice
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Cointreau
Shake and strain in Margarita or Rocks glass over ice
Top with dash of Grand Marnier and garnish with a Lime Wedge
