1. Must have been a FOH Mgr. for 1 year.

2. Must have hired, trained, scheduled and managed the Sales Server,Host, and Bus
functions.

3. Must have Bartended, hired, and trained a Bartender.

4. Must be competent with POS (Aloha preferred), Word, and Excel on PC.

5. Must exhibit good cash handling skills with speed and accuracy.

6. Must be a Multi-tasker that can focus on multiple tasks and guest tables while meeting daily and monthly project goals.
