Positions currently available:

Lead Line Cook: Part-Time. YOU MUST have at least 2 years of experience in fine dinning restaurant. Able to work under pressure. Be team player and able to work flexible shifts. DO NOT forward your resume about this position if you have not worked in the kitchen for the past two years.

Server: Part-Time. At least two years of fine dining experience, with a professional appearance and attitude. Knowledge of both California and Italian wines and cuisine. Team player with good communication skills, must be available to work weekends.

Busser: Part-Time position. 1 year of experience required. Must have good attitude, customer service skills, neat appearance and good communication skills. Flexible hours.

Bartender or Bar Manager: At least 2 years of hand on experience in fine dinning restaurant. Be able to work weekends and late night shift (some shift pass mid-night). Good manner, communication skill and great customer skill is a must. DO NOT apply if you only attend bartending school. Be prepare to demonstrate your knowledge and skill by making us some cocktails behind the bar and answer wine-related questions.
