Serves food to guests, mixes and serves drinks, stocks supplies, keeps accurate records of inventory, accepts money and makes change. Maintains the highest level of customer service and food and beverage standards.
Specific Duties Performed:
1. Promotes positive guest relations.
2. Serves food & drinks, to guests.
3. Stocks beer, wine, liquor, ice, mixers and dry goods.
4. Cleans bar area.
5. Follows all policies, procedures, and regulations.
6. Performs other duties deemed necessary
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
