Experienced bartender, with server experience needed in an upscale buffet restaurant. Some food service will be necessary in the bar seating area.

Individual must be friendly and helpful with a drive to promote liquor sales, and have the ability to coach other food servers in wine, beer and spirit knowledge, to create a fun team atmosphere. You will make your own tips and will be tipped out by the servers in the main seating area.

Knowledge of bar set-up, liquor ordering and inventory helpful.
