Looking for experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant/Bar Manager that takes ownership to join our team!

We are looking for a Restaurant/Bar Manager with the following experience and /or qualities:

1. At least 3 years of bartending experience at high volume restaurant or bar (this is a working manager position must be able to bartend some shifts)
2. At least 2 years of management experience in full service restaurant or bar
3. Ability to multi-task
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team
5. High energy and able to work nights and weekends
6. Ability to build & increase sales over previous year’s sales
7. Maintain and improve employee and guest satisfaction
