We are looking for applicants who want to create 100% guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service to bar guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating 100% guest satisfaction by providing genuine hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations; serving cocktails and/or menu items to guests; completing customer payment transactions according to policies and procedures; counting drinks and using other methods to avoid over –indulgence in alcoholic drinks by customers; complying with Federal and State regulations concerning the serving of alcoholic beverages to minors; and inventory control of alcohol and wines. We are looking for applicants with outstanding self-starter skills, flexibility to work as a bartender in the different areas of the hotel (restaurant, dining rooms, event center and patio), clear ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have an effective team member positive attitude.

Must have previous bartending experience for employment consideration.

Must be able to focus on the customer, attend to detail, take responsibility, foster teamwork, communicate effectively, build strong relationships and demonstrate openness and respect for others.
