Restaurant interviewing for Bartender, Servers, and Hosts

Reposado, a restaurant featuring great Mexican cuisine rooted in the time-honored traditions of all walks of Mexican life is accepting applications for bartenders and servers.

Located in downtown Palo Alto, the restaurant is a mix of old and new. The historic building has been restored to its original structure and is complimented with a modern bar and original artwork adding a unique touch to the dining experience. Food is prepared and presented using a combination of traditional based earthenware and modern china in a glass enclosed kitchen for the guests to see. Together, the décor, service, food, beverage and presentation will be indicative of a modern restaurant in the heart of Mexico City today.

Job requirements for Bartender/Server:
All positions require a minimum of 2 years full service restaurant experience
Basic wine and beverage knowledge including tequila
Availability weekend nights
An engaging personality

Job requirements for Host:
Previous host/restaurant experience
Experience with Opentable or other on-line reservation system
POS/Computer knowledge and proficiency
Outgoing personality of the first smile the guest will see when entering the restaurant
