We have a California cuisine catering company and Japanese restaurant that need servers and bartenders toward the busy season. We are looking for experienced (at least 2 years in a busy environment), courteous, friendly, quick learning team-worker. Requirements: Good knowledge of Sake and fair knowledge of Shochu to be able to make interesting mix drinks with Shochu. Being able to read Japanese characters is a plus.
