Local Private Country Club now hiring Part Time Fine Dining Server/Bartender.

Del Paso is a private country club owned by its Members. It exists to provide the highest-quality golf, recreation and social experiences for its Members and their families.
This position requires friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service. A minimum of one year of bartending and fine dining room experience is required. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are willing to work different positions in the Dining Room, Grill and Lounge and be a great team player. Applicants must be available to work Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings and have flexible availability. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 1+ years service and bartending experience.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Knowledge of and strictly abide liquor regulations
• Knowledge of all beverage selections available and characteristics/description of every wine/champagne on the wine list and by the glass; all designated glassware/garnishes for drinks; all menu items, preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, presentation, and prices
• Knowledge of “old time” beverages a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Lift and move up to (30) pounds.
• Understand and respond to a diverse population.
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Calculate figures and amounts.
