The Melting Pot Restaurant in San Mateo is looking for Servers and Bartenders to join our team. We are looking for incredibly passionate people who aim to please, who want to deliver our guests the Perfect Night Out, and help create special memories for our guests. Server Responsibilities:
-Promote and maintain positive guest relationships
-Exceed guests’ expectations
-Suggestively sell wine and food items
-Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant
-Excellent guest service skills
-Must have knowledge of wine and be comfortable making wine suggestions to guests
-Must be able to work nights and weekends

Bartender Responsibilities:
-Promote and maintain positive guest relationships
-Establish professional, hospitable rapport with each guest you serve
-Comply with alcoholic beverage laws
-Suggestively sell wine and Signature drinks
-Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:
-Minimum two years experience in a fine dining restaurant
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

***All Melting Pot bartenders are versed in serving our full menu, and thus must complete both server and bartender training courses
