In an Absinthe glass, or a short parfait glass:
1 oz Absinthe
Place Absinthe spoon holding sugar cube over glass
Slowly drip 3 oz cold water over the sugar to melt into drink
Often offered with a tangerine garnish.

1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
Shake and Strain into a shot-rocks glass

Chocolate Cake
3/4 oz. Citrus Vodka
3/4 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
1 Sugar Coated Lemon
Preparation:
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the Citrus Vodka and Hazelnut Liqueur.
2. Cover the glass with tin, seal and shake.
3. Strain into a shot glass.
4. Serve with a sugar coated lemon.
There is a position open at the Black Stallion. They are looking for a p/t and on call bartending. Please go to
the Black Stallion in Orangevale in person.

Ingredients
– 2 oz gin
– 1 oz lemon juice
– 1 tsp superfine sugar
– 3 oz club soda
– 1 maraschino cherry
– 1 slice orange
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes, combine gin, sugar and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain the mix into a
collins glass 3/4 full with ice. Add club soda. Stir and add garnish with cherry and orange slice. Serve and
enjoy! |
Full-time position covering both day/open and night/close shifts at neighborhood pub.
- Pub open seven days/week, shifts vary monthly.
- Day/open duties include: cleaning, light cooking, stocking, receiving deliveries, food and drink serving,
along with great customer service.
- Night/close shifts similar and includes clean-up and prep for deliveries.
- Knowledge of imported beers and current Food Safety certification and previous bartending experience very
helpful. Possible benefits.
- Must be able to manually tally food and drink bills and give correct change.

INGREDIENTS:
– 1 oz vodka
– 1/4 oz grenadine syrup
– 1 oz gin
– 1 oz light rum
– 1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
– 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
– 1 oz triple sec
– Grapefruit juice
– Pineapple juice
Fill a hurricane glass 3/4 full of ice. Pour all the alcohol (no juices) in the glass, then fill with equal
parts of grapefruit and pineapple juice. Serve and enjoy! |

– 1 1/2 oz gin
– 1 twist lemon peel
Mix all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel at the end.
