In serving glass:
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Light Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Dash of Grenadine
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Add ice
Fill with Champagne

Each shot will consist of 1/3 once of Grenadine, 1/3 ounce of Peach Schnapps or Vodka and 1/3 ounce of Blue Curacao. To create a layered effect, slowly pour the liquor into shot glases in the order listed.

In a mixing glass:
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Muddle
Fill glass with ice
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Shake and Strain in to Cocktail Glass

Fill mixing glass with ice
2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Chambord
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
Dash Lemon Juice
Shake and Strain in a chilled glass
Fill with Champagne
Garnish with a Lemon Twist

In a shot glass
1 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Black Sambuca

From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend is the busiest period for private parties. In San Diego, we had six parties booked this past week. Shake and Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

In a shot glass
1oz Tequila
1 glob of Mayonnaise
Pour Tequila in shot glass
Stir in Mayonnaise until nearly dissolved
Try not to blow-honk.

Fill a mixing glass with ice
2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Creme de Banana
1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
Stir and Strain into a cocktail glass
