Heritage Park Bartender shall have primary responsibility for bar planning, ordering, preparation and service for member of the Heritage Park Clubhouse Royal Palm Pub in accordance with state and local regulatory guidelines as well as with community governing documents. The Bartender shall participate in Pub bar-related catering services for the clubhouse as directed, and interface with additional bartenders and kitchen staff as necessary to ensure seamless communication between shifts. • Participate in, and coordinate bar services for any special events, which may include holidays or facility specific events
• Ensure certifications and required training specifications are current at all times

• Accurately and consistently handle and count cash and change to ensure the accuracy of charges and payments for food and drink service items.
