with their schedule and available most nights and should be able to start training immediately. Only applicants

Harry’s Bar, San Francisco (2020 Fillmore Street) seeks an experienced, motivated and professional bartender to
work 3-4 shifts per week.
We are looking for a bartender with 3-5 plus years experience bartending in a fast paced and high energy
environment. Must have a dynamic bar presence, very friendly personality and excellent rapport with customers, high
degree of cocktail knowledge, can do attitude, the ability to work well independently and with a team, multitask
efficiently behind the bar, detail orientated, clean and organized. We are particularly looking for someone with
the potential to take on a lead bartender or bar manager position in the future, if it is the right fit after a
trial period. Additional desired qualifications would include, strong mixology background, some management or lead
bartending experience, leadership personality, reliable and trustworthy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Greet & welcome all guests to Laurel Court.
-Ensure service is according to standards (ensuring quality, freshness, and presentation).
-Know all product information, preparation, ingredients, and pricing.
-Greet customers/guests when entering or leaving the restaurant and be available at all times to answer questions,
and assist customers/guests with any needs as required.
-Ring each purchase and collect payment from each guest. Maintain accuracy regarding use of cash register and
computer systems.
-Abide by all Health & Food Sanitation guidelines / ServSafe regulations / OSHA standards.
-Comply with Health & Safety policy and report all hazards to appropriate hotel management for repair.
-Complete daily sidework and other tasks associated with Laurel Court Operations as assigned by Laurel Court
Manager, including barback duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience in Fine Dining Restaurants
-A desire to “Turn Moments into Memories for our Guests’
-Demonstrated Engaging Service required
-Must have excellent beverage and wine knowledge
-Two years previous bartending experience required. Bartending certification preferred.
-Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal.
-Cash handling experience and POS experience
-Detail oriented,
-Display a sense of calm and professionalism under pressure
-Ability to work in a team
-Able to stand for long periods of time
-Able to lift 50 lbs.
-Ideal candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
