In serving glass:
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Light Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Dash of Grenadine
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Add ice
Fill with Champagne

1 oz Chambord
1 oz Cranberry Juice
Shake and strain into stemmed glass

1/2 oz Cranberry Juice

Shake and Strain into Cocktail glass
1) add lemons and lime
2) 2 tablespoons of sugar
3) Muddle 1 and 2
4) Add ice
5) 2 oz. Cachaca Rum
6) Press (fill with) equal parts 1/2 sprite/1/2 soda water
In a mixing glass:
2 tsp Sugar
2 oz fresh Lime Juice
Muddle
Fill a glass with ice
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Cointreau
Shake and strain in Margarita or Rocks glass over ice
Top with dash of Grand Marnier and garnish with a Lime Wedge
Fill tall galss with ice
2 oz Raspberry Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
Fill with Lemonade
In a mixing glass:
1 tsp Sugar
1 oz fresh Lime Juice
Muddle
Fill glass with ice
2 oz Vodka or Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
Dash of White Cranberry Juice.
