We have a California cuisine catering company and Japanese restaurant that need servers and bartenders toward the busy season. We are looking for experienced (at least 2 years in a busy environment), courteous, friendly, quick learning team-worker.

Requirements:
Good knowledge of Sake and fair knowledge of Shochu to be able to make interesting mix drinks with Shochu. Being able to read Japanese characters is a plus. We are currently looking for fun and hard-working bartenders and servers with a passion for the hospitality business. Bartenders and servers must have a solid 2-3 years experience in high volume atomospheres with strong food, beverage and cocktail knowledge, the ability to multi-task efficiently, and a great personality and dynamic presence on the floor. We are looking for servers to fill 3-4 shifts a week, and bartenders to fill 4-5 shifts per week, both must have availability to work weekends and holidays.

BRUNO’S, beloved San Francisco landmark, bar, night-club and live music venue currently has openings for night-club bartenders to work 2-3 shifts per week on the weekends only.
